When you start your an in-app subscription directly in the app, either through Google or Apple, you also need to cancel your subscription through them by following the steps below.
Apple
1. Go to Settings in your phone.
2. Click on your name.
3. Click on Subscriptions.
4. Choose the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Select Cancel Subscription to terminate your subscription.
If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, click on the profile icon.
3. Go to Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Choose Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
Keep in mind: Your subscription does not end automatically if you delete the app or do not use the service.

Should you wish to continue with Storytel, you can log in to your Storytel account in the app and start your subscription again from the app. Your bookshelf and your reading and listening history will be saved on your account.
