You have received this email because we are have not been able to process your payment and therefore cannot renew your subscription. Make sure your card is still valid, you have funds on your card and that it is valid for internet purchases.
Storytel will make four attempts to charge you within 10 days, if all attempts fail your subscription will be closed. You can then log in to www.storytel.com, go to My pages -> My account and start it again.
If your subscription is still active you can try to update or change your payment information. A new attempt to renewew your subscription will be made almost immediately.
