Of course! Even after your subscription has been cancelled, you still have access to your Storytel account.*
Start a subscription through our website (card payment)
1. Log in to our website with the login credentials (email address and password) you used previously.
2. Go to My pages -> My account. Click on Start subscription, enter your card information and follow the instructions.
Your bookshelf will still be there and you can continue to read and listen from where you last stopped.
Start an in-app subscription
To start your subscription again, please log into the app with the same login credentials (email address and password) that you used previously. If you try to listen or read to any title in our service you will receive a prompt to start a subscription. Follow the instructions.
Tip: If you've forgotten which password you used, you can reset your password.
*Your account and personal data are saved for 24 months after your subscription has ended after termination, as long as there are no special circumstances which makes it necessary for us to save your personal data for a longer period of time (for example legal requirements).
