If you are currently using Storytel Unlimited, you can go to My pages to change plans. When you change subscription plan to one that allows for more accounts than you currently have, you will be asked to pay the price of the family plan when you sign up.
Any days that you may already have paid for as part of your current payment cycle will not be lost. Instead those days will be converted into “family days” meaning that they are added to the first 30 days of the family plan that you for for when signing up. Even if you are a subscriber, you will be asked to provide your payment details again and accept the terms of use, privacy policy and any supplementary terms.
Once you have subscribed to a Storytel Family plan, you will be able to manage settings through My pages on the website. Here you can both add and remove family members.
Only the plan administrator pays for the family plan. The full amount will be charged regardless if additional family members’ accounts have been activated. If the Plan administrator is already a Storytel subscriber when the family plan is purchased, the payment date of the new family plan will remain the same.
If you decide to change subscription plan to one with fewer accounts, you will stay on the current plan for as long as you have paid for. On the next payment day after changing plans, the new subscription plan will begin and you will be charged accordingly.
Keep in mind: It's not possible to immediately change to a Family or Family Plus subscription if you pay for your current Unlimited subscription through in app payment. To change to a Family or Family Plus subscription, you need to first terminate your subscription with in app payment, wait until it's completely cancelled and then start the subscription using card payment.
