Send an invite to join your family plan

1. Log into our website and go to My pages -> My account.

2. Click on Administrate users.

3. Enter the email address of the person you want to send an invitation to.

An invitation link will now be sent to their email. When clicking on the link and accepting the invitation, they will be redirected to a sign up page.

Good to know: If they have multiple email addresses that they use, they will be able to choose which one to register with (it doesn't have to be the email address to which they received the invite).

Accept an invite to join a family plan

If the invite was sent successfully by the plan administrator, you will have received an invite either to your email or your phone.

1. Open the invite and click on Join the family.

2. Choose Create account, if you have never had an account with Storytel before.
Choose Log in if you have an ongoing subscription with Storytel or if you have created an account previously.

3. Accept our conditions of membership (if you're new to Storytel) and our supplementary terms for Family or Family Plus.

4. Click on Accept invite to join the family plan

Keep in mind: It's only possible to join a family plan if you 1) have never subscribed to Storytel previously, or 2) have an ongoing subscription that was started through our website and paid directly through card payment. If it's an in-app subscription, that paid through Google or Apple, you need to first terminate your in-app subscription and wait until it's completely cancelled before joining a family plan.
