If you see this error when you try to join a family plan it might mean that someone is logged in to their Storytel account on your browser. Please try to first log out from the account on our website and try again.
You can't redeem your own invite. Send it to the user you want to invite
This error message means that you're trying to accept an invitation to a family plan while logged in to the account that sent the invitation. Log out from the account you're logged in with on our website and try again.
It is not possible to redeem this invitation with your current subscription
This error message might mean that you are logged into our website with an account that already has a Family or Family Plus subscription, or that you have a subscription that's not administered by Storytel.
If you're logged in to an account on our website, please log out and try again.
If you have an in-app subscription administered by Google or Apple, you need to first terminate your subscription and wait until your current subscription period has completely ended before you can accept the invite to join the family plan.
The invitation code you are trying to activate belongs to a subscription created in a country other than your current location and can not be redeemed
The country for the account of the administrator of the family plan needs to be the same country as your account. If you and the administrator of the family plan are residents of different countries, it's not possible for you to be part of the same plan.
If you are residents of the same country, but you have started a subscription for the wrong country, please contact our support for further help.
