If you see this error when you try to join a family plan it might mean that someone is logged in to their Storytel account on your browser. Please try to first log out from the account on the website and try again.
You can't redeem this invitation on your own account
This error message means that you're trying to register the account that you want to join the family plan on your own account. Lot out from the account you're logged into on the website and try again.
It's not possible to redeem the invite on your current subscription plan
The errror message might mean that you are logged into our website with an account that already has a Family or Family Plus subscription, or that you have a subscription that's not administered by Storytel.
Note: It's not necessary to log out from the app, only our website.
