If you join the Storytel Enthusiast program, you'll be able to try new features in the app before they've been officially released. 

Since the features haven't been made public yet, they might contain issues or bugs. As a Storytel Enthusiast, you can help us improve these features before they're released by reporting any issues to us. 

How to become a Storytel Enthusiast

It's very easy to join and leave the program. To join, log in to your Storytel app and go to Profile -> App Settings. Toggle Storytel Enthusiast to "On". You will receive an email to you with a confirmation.

We hope that you'll be willing to provide us with valuable feedback and we will contact you on the contact details you've registered with us and ask you to give us feedback to help us develop our features. It's completely voluntary and you can of course choose to decline to give feedback, but it's highly appreciated and encouraged.

How to report possible issues or bugs to us

If you think you've discovered an issue with a feature, please write to support.sg@storytel.com. Include which version of the app you're using (specific version) and that you're in the Storytel Enthusiast program.

How to leave the Storytel Enthusiast program

To leave the program, log in to your Storytel app and go to Profile -> App Settings. Toggle Storytel Enthusiast to "Off".
