If you have created an account with us, from our website or our app, you choose to log in to your account instead of creating a new one.
Which login method you should choose when you log in to your account depends on how you first created your account. The login method is the same for the app and the website. You need to choose the correct method to be able to log in.
If you experience any issues with logging in to your account, it might be because you're choosing the wrong login method or that you're entering the wrong email/password.
When you're logged in to your account in the app you can always see which email address you're logged in with if you go to Profile > Settings > Account.
