When starting a subscription through our website, Storytel offers the possibility to start either a monthly or annual subscription with Storytel Unlimited. You can read more about our subscription plans on our website.
If you started your subscription through our website, you also find the option to manage your subscription through our website.
- Log into your account page.
- Click on Manage next to your subscription plan.
- Click Change on the subscription plan you want to change to.
- You will see more information about what your specific change means for you before any change is made.
- To confirm the change, click on Confirm.
Downgrading or upgrading your subscription plan
If you downgrade your subscription, you remain with your current plan until your current subscription period has ended. At the end of your current subscription period, your subscription will automatically change and be renewed for the new subscription plan.
If you upgrade your subscription your subscription plan starts and you get charged immediately when you confirm the change of subscription plan. Details of what will happen with your current subscription when you upgrade to the new subscription is presented to you before you're asked to confirm the change.
Payment method not accepted?
Make sure that your payment method is valid, is approved for (recurring) internet purchases and has enough funds. If you are unable to identify the issue, we recommend that you contact your bank.
When the issue has been resolved, you can try again to update your payment method. You can also try a different payment method.
