How you should proceed to update your payment details depends on how you started your subscription with us.
Subscription was started from our website
If you started your subscription from our website and chose your payment method from there, you can also administer your payment from the website.
- Log into your account page to update your payment details..
- Click on Update payment.
- Proceed to follow the instructions.
If your payment is accepted, the subscription will be renewed almost immediately and you will be able to continue with your subscription.
Please note: You will not be able to see your current payment details before updating your payment details.
Subscription was started from the app (Google)
A new payment attempt will be made once per day. If you have resolved the issue with your payment, you can wait until the next payment attempt.
Not sure how the subscription was started?
If you're not sure how you started your subscription, you can log into your account page on our website and look under Payments.
If your subscription was started from our website, you will see the option to administer your payment and subscription from your account page.
If you see Google_IAS, your subscription was started from the app and is administered by Google.
Payment method not accepted?
Make sure that your payment method is valid, is approved for (recurring) internet purchases and has enough funds. If you are unable to identify the issue, we recommend that you contact your bank.
When the issue has been resolved, you can try again to update your payment method. You can also try a different payment method.
